The Unspoken Epidemic: Numbness The Cure for Numbness & Dissociation

Audio only
In this episode of Embodied Love, we’re diving deep into a topic that affects so many of us but is rarely talked about: genital numbness and dissociation. If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your body during intimacy or found yourself unable to fully experience pleasure, this episode is for you. We explore the root causes—whether it’s trauma, cultural conditioning, or even bad sex education—and, most importantly, how you can start to heal and reclaim your pleasure. I know how frustrating and isolating it can feel when your body just doesn’t seem to respond the way you want it to, but you’re not alone—and it’s not hopeless. In this explicit portion of the podcast, we go even deeper into real-life stories from people just like you who have experienced numbness and dissociation, and we share actionable tools to help you reawaken your body and sensations. Whether you’ve struggled with this for years or are just starting to notice the signs, this episode will guide you on a path to feeling more connected, alive, and in touch with your own pleasure.

If you’re ready to transform your relationship with your body and truly reclaim your sensuality, this episode offers the insight, support, and practices you need to start your journey.
